Florida State "C" Corporations - March 31st
Non-profits - May 15th

Due Dates for Payroll Tax Returns:

1st quarter - April 30th
2nd quarter - July 31st
3rd quarter - October 30th
4th quarter- January 31th

Year-End Summary of Income & Expenses or both of the following:

Monthly Business Bank Statements (Including Check Details)
Monthly or Year-End Credit Card Statements
